Welcome to the GoodCooling Solution Center. By booking our repair services, accessing our website, or communicating with our team, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before booking any home appliance service.

2. Services Offered

We specialize in professional appliance repair services and maintenance in India. Our core offerings include:

3. Booking and Payments

Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or WhatsApp. A diagnostic fee may be charged upfront for evaluating the appliance. Full payment for repairs and spare parts must be completed upon the successful completion of the service. We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash payments.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made upon the technician's arrival may incur a visiting charge. Refunds are only applicable if a repair fails within the stipulated warranty period and cannot be resolved through rework.

5. Service Warranty Disclaimer

We offer a limited warranty on spare parts and repair labor (duration varies by part). This warranty applies only to the specific part replaced and the specific repair performed. The warranty becomes void if the appliance is tampered with, serviced by a third-party, or damaged due to voltage fluctuations/physical mishandling post-repair.

6. User Responsibilities

Customers are required to provide a safe working environment for our technicians, accurate information regarding the appliance defect, and ensure that an adult is present during the service visit.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for technical excellence, GoodCooling Solution Center will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the failure of an appliance, delays in service due to unforeseen circumstances, or unavailability of spare parts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and text on our website are the intellectual property of GoodCooling Solution Center. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements with users who exhibit abusive behavior toward our staff, refuse to pay dues, or violate these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
